With a deep development, test and ops skills, I’m used to work with mixed teams (internal, external, business, IT, legal experts, ...) supporting them to implement new practices in their daily work in order to empower self-organizing teamwork.

With a broad technical and methods knowledge, a strong background in people management, project management and my nice personality, I use these skills favouring a collaborative leadership, always in the interest of the project, the quality and, above all, the client’s need satisfaction.

Due to the results obtained in quality terms recognized by the clients and the report of a positive atmosphere in the teams I have been leading, I can put forward a successful achievement of large scale and complex projects and organisational changes.
