- Managing end-to-end recruiting (pro-active sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer, negotiation and acceptance) and ensuring a meaningful candidate & hiring manager experience

- Developing innovative strategy around finding top talent on Tech market (Cloud, Machine Learning, Data Science, Cloud, DevOps, Infrastructure.)

- Specialized on Architects profiles.

- Educate candidates on the culture, growth potential, compensation and benefits of working for the client, selling both the company and the opportunity.

- Utilizing ATS reports, dashboards, and other tools to illustrate the recruiting pipeline and results

- Follow up on the performance of the candidates placed. Business Development :

- Open new accounts through proactive lead generation & prospection

- Convert viable prospects into active clients, owning the full sales conversation and negotiation, from first contact through to closure

- Opening of new accounts and development of existing accounts. Development of some IT projects with multiple placements in the same team.

- Exclusive work on certain requests.
