    At W3haus, the biggest independent digital agency in Brazil, I've led a group of accounts with relevant Brazilian companies, such as Petrobras (Energy), Panvel (Health and Beauty) and Tramontina (Houseware).
    • Maximized the accounts' revenue by 20% in 2020;
    • Directed a multi-disciplinary team of 18 creatives during the covid19 pandemic, learning to work remotely and inspiring them with a one by one communication;
    • Increased female presence in the creative team, an issue to Brazilians agencies. The agency was challenged by the NGO More Girls to have 50% women among creatives by the end of 2020. We closed the year with 60% creative women in the W3haus team.
