Scope & missions:

• Compliance controls & risk management at central level – scope of the team: 33 countries

• Over 50 Missions performed in Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Austria, Germany, Ukraine, Denmark, Sweden, Italy, Turkey, Brazil

• Reinforcement of the overall compliance risk coverage through follow-up on action plans, synthesis of control framework & risk assessment results

• In charge of the global procedure management

• On-site supervisions on key compliance topics (financial security, governance, KYC, professional ethics...)

• Design the supervisions methodology to perform oversight accross countries (project management, controls, action plans, training the teams on the supervisions)
