I lead large transformation programmes from the first decisions through to delivery, aligning business, IT and finance around a shared trajectory.

I am usually brought in when a programme has become difficult to steer, when an acquisition must be turned into concrete integration decisions, when a major cloud, data or AI investment needs a credible economic and operating model, or when the operating model is not strong enough to deliver the strategy.

Over the past 25 years, I have directed major transformations in banking, insurance and the public sector. References include AXA, BNP Paribas Cardif, Banque de France, Groupama and L'Oréal. Selected results:

€200m+ international post-merger IT integration, delivered on time and within budget — leading 12 direct-report Portfolio Managers and 200+ international contributors, with 25%+ lower IT run costs;
A global operating-model transformation under a Group CIO mandate — 5+ countries, 10+ international applications moved to a shared-services model;
A cloud operating and economic model adopted as the company standard — 30%+ lower average IT costs on migrated applications;
A €100m+ enterprise data platform value case, linking investment decisions to use cases and expected business outcomes, carried to top-executive level;

I work directly with business, IT and finance leaders: agree on the direction, make the difficult choices explicit, and establish clear accountability for delivery.

- Banque de France: designed and deployed the Cloud operating and economic model, including FinOps, service costing, capacity planning and executive dashboards. Established value-based investment governance and contributed to major Data and Generative AI business cases.
- IT-CE: designed and led the transfer of IT services from France to Porto, reducing operating costs by 20% without affecting service quality or delivery capacity.
- Groupama G2S: worked with the CIO to define the target Agile operating model and align management and delivery teams.
- L’Oréal: assessed Data Governance at executive level and delivered the target model and implementation roadmap.
