▪ Act as strategic partner to the Founder & CEO overseeing commercial performance and development of a multi-brand restaurant portfolio.

▪ Identify and develop new restaurant opportunities, partnerships, and joint ventures across the UAE and international markets

▪ Perform market analysis and prepare strategic franchising presentations and high level investment decks.

▪ Define and implement the group's strategic roadmap in alignment with ownership vision

▪ Oversee concept development, brand positioning, and storytelling across all restaurant brands

▪ Establish governance frameworks and reporting structures to support organizational growth

▪ Lead negotiations with landlords, investors, and partners for new projects and strategic alliances

▪ Represent the group at industry forums and maintain key stakeholder relationships

▪ Overseeing the business elements of 5 restaurants and 1 consultancy, being the right hand of the Founder & CEO.

▪ Drive Business development initiatives for new restaurant openings and projects.

▪ Managing pre-opening and opening phases of Josette Restaurant (Entertainment, PR and Communication directions, Menu Development, OS&E).

▪ Driving corporate projects including proposal of a combined communication center, development of a new corporate office, digital training platform, online payment system implementation.

▪ Working directly with Restaurant GMs for operational excellence and business growth (People, Operations, PR, Communications, Entertainment, Promotional Activities).

▪ Collaborate closely with Marketing department to further drive restaurants visibility and performance.

▪ Managing the relationship with CEO of MayaCollection (Maya Bay) as a Franchisee.

▪ Develop Orange Consulting, overseeing consulting projects including: Belcanto Restaurant, Dubai Opera: Review manning with reduction of redundant roles, implementation of new systems and software, review marketing direction, control of art direction, budget and talents, design of new uniforms, development of new bar menu, development of new menu design, cash flow management, manage tenant relationship with both Dubai Opera and Emaar, creation of report and present to shareholder of Belcanto of OH achievement of KPI set.

▪ Manage daily operations and guest relations.

▪ Develop new operational processes to drive quality and efficiency.

▪ Leading the people aspect, like rostering, reviews, talent management.

▪ Leading marketing direction of the outlet.

▪ Manage OPEX and CAPEX of the outlet.

▪ P&L management by increasing profitability.

▪ Managing Learning & Development of the team.
