• Led the strategic transformation project to develop the Target Operating Model for the Internal Audit function encompassing 75 internal auditors and developing a bespoke internal audit methodology aligned to IIA standards and the FS IIA Code.

• Developed a global risk-based annual audit plan informed by business risks, regulatory requirements and management expectations (~160 audits)
• Defined and tracked a centralized Budget (~$5m) and implemented reporting and monitoring tools to ensure insightful monthly reporting to stakeholders and the Audit Committee.
