I have been an IT project manager 17 years – working mainly on large implementations (i.e. MOE). This experience includes working extensively with the agile methodology and managing more than 40 unique implementations (Sales, Commerce & Marketing clouds).

My IT career began in the US Army Signal Corp, where I managed rapid IT implementations in high stress situations. Since then, I have managed agile projects in the Americas, Europe, Asia and Australia. That work has included working with many dozens of IT professionals, managers and consultants – in numerous industries: e.g. Sales, Finance, Luxury, Pharmaceuticals, Marketing and Insurance. My ability to adapt IT tools and understand business needs has been key to my ability to repeatedly drive project value. I have also regularly worked or managed project team members of all different types and seniority including Sales professionals & managers, Financial Directors, Data Scientists, Consultants, Business Managers, IT teams, Testers, HR and Accountants.

In addition to these strengths, I am also highly skilled at leading dispersed teams, with 15 years of experience leading international and off-site teams spread across 27 countries (and counting). I also regularly continue my education, having completed certifications in: AI, Machine Learning, Data Cleaning and Salesforce.

My language skills are: Native English and French C1. I have the right to work in the EU and US.
