I am a part of the delivery team, as the main contact for customers during the project phase, I'm responsible for deploying the solution and guaranteeing customer satisfaction. My tasks include:

• - Project management

• - Define and specify customer requirements

• - Configure and deliver the solution

• - Onboard new partners: data collection, analysis and integration

• - Raise customer requirements to the Product team

• - Collaborate with CSM teams

• - Assist the Sales team in the solution's technical presentation during pre-sales meetings.

• - Continuous improvement of internal processes.

Continuous improvement of dropshipping: track performance indicators, measure and monitor the quality of service provided by dropshipping suppliers, create and implement new processes at the group level. Coordinate the alignment of countries and ensure the proper application of the strategy.
