As an account manager and point of contact for key clients in a telecommunications company, I was responsible for selling various products, creating and presenting offers, closing deals, and providing post-sale support. Additionally, I was focused on increasing sales and gross sales.

As an Amazon FBA professional, I established two brands in UAE and USA. I was responsible for managing all aspects of branding for those brands, including developing new, innovative products that were first to market, sourcing products, managing shipping and logistics, filling customs documents, launching products, gathering customer reviews, managing PPC campaigns, setting up a store, and creating A+ content.

I was responsible for executing inquiries and follow-ups between clients and Samsung, averaging 9 requests per day. You developed business plans for each account to exceed a sales target of 120,000 AED per month. You also visited clients for sales and post-sales purposes. Additionally, I was responsible for following up with the headquarters to ensure tickets were closed, making warranty changes, and correcting warranty billings. I also communicated with external parties such as service centers and contractors for client warranty issuance.
