    As a consultant specialist in consumer insights and social listening, I was tasked with a multifaceted project for HP Inc. (USA), focusing on enhancing their product range understanding through innovative data integration and storytelling techniques.

    The first aspect of my mission involved enriching a traditional panel study with behavioral data gathered online, specifically utilizing audience intelligence tools. This approach allowed for a deeper understanding of user behaviors and preferences, going beyond the surface-level insights typically provided by standard panel data. By tapping into diverse online sources and leveraging the power of API Meta/Facebook, I was able to capture a more nuanced and real-time picture of consumer interactions and sentiments related to HP's product range.

    The second aspect required me to craft a compelling data narrative around the end-user of a specific HP product sector. This was achieved by blending traditional panel study data with insights gleaned from social listening and audience intelligence methodologies. The objective was to create a comprehensive and relatable persona for HP's B2B segment, which would serve as a cornerstone for their internal marketing strategies and product development.

    The deliverables of this project included:

    → 1. A comprehensive study of the B2B persona, detailing their behaviors, needs, and preferences.
    → 2. A 2-minute MP4 video presenting the 'Persona', designed to engage and inform HP's internal teams about their target end-user in a dynamic and memorable way.
    → 3. An interactive presentation titled "24H with your Persona." This Prezi document provided a condensed yet animated glimpse into a day in the life of the persona, crafted for internal use to foster empathy and understanding within HP's teams.

    To accomplish these objectives, I utilized a suite of tools and technologies, including the Microsoft Office Suite for data analysis and report creation, Prezi for interactive presentation development, ChatGPT / Midjourney for storytelling and Tableau Software for data visualization.

    The integration of the API Meta/Facebook was crucial in gathering rich, behavioral insights, while the panel consumer insight data provided a solid foundation of established user profiles and trends. This combination of tools and methodologies enabled a holistic view of HP's target personas, driving more informed and user-centric decision-making within the company.
