I am a French and Spanish to English Translator with a First Class MA (Hons) in Interpreting & Translating (French/Spanish) from Heriot Watt University, and have qualifications in Medical Translating (Internal Medicine and Specialty Areas) from University of California San Diego. Since graduating in 2020 I have translated a variety of documents for translation agencies including official UN correspondence, construction patents and tourism documents. I have also carried out MTPE on UN reports and translated newsletters and press releases for NGOs and charities. Subtitling is another area I have been heavily involved in. I have pre-edited, post-edited, and translated subtitles on a wide variety of subjects, including documentaries, educational series, film and TV trailers, corporate training videos, adverts, official Tour de France videos and speeches by political leaders. You can find some of the videos that I have translated for ARTE on their website, including a documentary on the Mauthausen resistance and one on Lake Kerkini.

I served customers and dealt effectively with any complaints. I worked closely with staff from many other countries. I sold tickets to the visitor attractions at the farm and helped customers with any queries both in person and over the phone.

I served customers and communicated with them both face to face and on the telephone, informing them about products and services. I ensured that the shop was well stocked and dealt with stock control.
