After a long career in various industrial sector, I have decided to create INEXHAUSTIVE®, a consultancy company that aims at supporting companies (private or public) endorsing Knowledge Management (KM).
KM must be considered as one of the constitutive pillars of your organization. It allows companies to become more performing through a better internal collaboration and exchanges, necessary keys to create success (profitability, efficiency and quality).
There are various definition of KM like KM is a holistic approach that aims at better learning and more efficiency through the optimal use of knowledge, hence creating value for the organization (©ISO NF ISO 30401 (2018)) or others available on Internet.
Considering such of this well-established definition of the KM, my belief is that initiating a KM program will turn to be a profitable Copernican revolution for your business.
Implementing a successful KM system requires willingness and enthusiasm from the Management Committee but also resources. Initiating a KM program must be well considered but done partly, there is a great risk of failure. Starting a KM program is simpler than you think but more complex than you can imagine.
