Digital Transformation Program Lead

As a program lead, I played a pivotal role in transforming the business by separating production from retail entity making business more agile and future fit while modernizing tools, processes and optimizing tax and P&L.

I did oversee the overall program: initiation/planning, defining high level solution design, subsequent program roadmap, establishing the business case and governance model.
I then ensured that each project is resourced, funded, and delivered OTIF throughout different phases: Discovery, Design, Build, Testing, cutover, Go-Live and stabilization.
Program included 3 projects:
Digitalize retail business through Oracle NetSuite ERP Implementation (70 stores, 4 countries and 120 users) while ensuring E2E integration with key corporate tools incl SAP, Stock & Store (POS) and Qlik Sense.
Transform Grom Factory into a triangular Supply chain model leveraging SAP S/4HANA implementation (40 users) including not only standard modules: MM, PP, FI-CO, SD, WM, BW but also SAP PLM, Coupa for procurement and Kinaxis for demand and supply planning.
Implement D-commerce capabilities including designing specific business processes and tools (Shopify, Celigo and Integration with 3PL WMS and NetSuite ERP)

As a project Manager, I worked closely with The Laundress leadership to review and re-engineer key business processes (Master Data, O2C, P2P, R2R and MTD) to unleash full ERP NetSuite, Celigo & Shopify capabilities, overhaul process and system inefficiencies, bring more automation / E2E integration and strengthen controls and compliance. I ensured that the project is resourced, funded, and delivered OTIF throughout different phases: Assessment, Design, build, testing until Go-Live.

Garancia Stabilization and benefit realization (France based Personal Care business):

As a program manager, I was responsible to help the business overhaul an incomplete NetSuite ERP implementation and unleashing its full capabilities ERP while adding more automation, E2E process integration and strengthening financial controls. I played a pivotal role in program initiation/planning, defining high level solution design, establishing the business case, and governance model. I ensured that project is resourced, funded, and delivered OTIF throughout different phases: Discovery, Design, testing, cutover, Go-Live and stabilization. Program included multiple projects including:
• Re-engineer Master Data processes by improving data quality, enhancing user interface and strengthening controls and error detection.
• Implement Schedule of authority module with subsequent approval workflows and controls.
• Build 2E2 integration with Third party partners (2 Copackers and 3 Logistics providers).
• Re-Engineered D-commerce process to define Master Data stewardship, O2C flow while leveraging Celigo to build E2E integration between NetSuite ERP, Shopify, 3rd party logistic.
