My aim is to help organisations provide meaningful and safe spaces for growth at all levels.

After 10 years working in HR I was keen to build on that experience and train as a coach.

Coaching is a way to accompany individuals at a given time of their professional and/or personal life to help empower them by examining situations from different angles and coming up with creative resources.

It is an act of cocreation involving coach and coachee.

The coach, via impactful and customized questioning, guides the coachee(s) to find the inner tools required for the given objective.

I come from a multicultural background and have lived in the Middle East (Kuwait and UAE) and in the UK. I currently live in Paris. After a degree in Law, I completed a Masters in Intercultural Communication in the UK. I then worked for international mobility firms, handling relocation, immigration and intercultural training for expats and impats of renown international companies. I also completed an MBA at ENSAM Paris in International HR and mobility. Since then, I have had various HR roles in start ups and bigger companies. My forte is international settings and merger, fusion and integration management. I am a firm believer in benevolence, active listening and the power of the collective in organisations.

My latest role was that of HR Director for a high growth start-up. In 2020, I decided to develop my coaching skills; coaching being one of the most nourishing aspects of the latest roles I have filled.

I have completed the Global Executive Coaching Program at HEC in order to accompany people towards further alignment and help bring awareness to the power of coaching on a personal and collective level. I am also a Kundalini Yoga instructor and this helps enhance my practice via a holistic approach to individuals' depth.
