Amid the creation of Engie's Salesforce center of excellence, I contributed on the implementation of a release management strategy using mainly the Copado tool to organize and orchestrate the releases into production of 3 projects with more than thirty developers.

- Support : Identify, research and troubleshoot issues and provide best practice guidance, assist developers with the configuration according to their needs.

In this role I was led to develop and maintain the web and mobile indirect sales potrail and to lead a redesign and a facelift of the portal by creating a POC and an MVP with new technologies and a better consideration of business needs and reality ground, strengthening customer relationships in accordance with organisational guidelines, policies and procedures to achieve and exceed KPIs.
