Project description: within EIB business Analysis team, contribute to the projects for EIB

Project responsibilities :

• Assist the business services in writing the business cases;

• Business analysis of complex projects which will encompass Requirements analysis, Requirements elicitation;

• Write the business requirements documents ;

• Prepare data governance deliverable,

• Prepare user stories and test cases;

• Write the business requirements on the project Business Intelligence / Reporting component:

• Liaise with subject matter experts and prepare the reporting requirement,

• Be the interface between the business experts on one side and the IT project manager, the solution architects, the data governance office and the developers on the other side

• Assist the IT developers and IT testers on the business and functional aspects of the projects,

• Enhance the conceptual data model, the business processes and build the functional architecture of the project;

• Execute the business testing activities: writing test strategies, test cases, preparing test data

• Executing test cases

• Creation of Dashboards for different directorates

Project responsibilities:

• Load Data and creation of package with Apache Hop.

• Create a specific Pipelines for the management of logging

• Development of new indicators (KPI) with Qlick Sens

• Creation of reports with Qlick Sens

• Management of the security of users with Qlick Sens

Project responsibilities:

• Lead the support and enhancement of a Business Objects 4.3 environment

• Design and update Web Intelligence reports and universes (IDT/UDT) based on evolving business needs.

• Act as a key point of contact for both technical teams and end-users, offering expert support and functional guidance.

• Use advanced SQL to ensure data accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance in BO reports.

• Support cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
