Yoann Dandine

As a funding member of the UK Product Security Team in MediaTek, I investigate multiple softwares and firmwares from MediaTek accross multiple product lines, searching for vulnerabilities, assessing their impact and reviewing patches. We also develop fuzzing to scale on MediaTek security goals and provide a bug bounty program. I also represented MediaTek Product Security Team for top customers.

Performing vulnerability research, through manual code review, AI assisted review, but also automatic vulnerability discovery and triage through fuzzing. Targets start from secure boot chain up to Trustzone, Firmwares and virtual machines.

Teaching Software and Hardware Security at EPITA for final year students. I teach through hands-on technical demonstrations, with practicing memory corruption exploitation, fault injection and side channel analysis and showcasing modern mitigations.
