Developed an intelligent customer-support chatbot from the ground up, integrating intent detection, entity extraction, text classification, and recommendation modules. Faced with issues of malfunctioning scan guns due to incorrect usage by staff, which are used to scan QR codes affixed to cars containing information such as serial numbers, models, etc., indicating that the car has been checked out and is ready for testing, I actively proposed innovative Al-based solutions. Among these solutions, I suggested leveraging technologies such as RFID and text recognition from images to automate data collection processes, potentially reducing manual data entry time by 50%.

During my internship at Coca-Cola in Tangier, I collaborated with four departments, gaining valuable exposure to diverse operational functions. Despite the loosely structured internship plan, I actively participated in some operational activities. This experience provided me with insights into supply chain dynamics, where I processed approximately 50 invoices, coordinated logistics for 10 shipments, and observed the delivery process for 100 units.
