COO fractional pour structures en forte croissance, de 5 à 100 personnes.

Pendant six ans, j'ai co-construit Spark.do de zéro jusqu'à 4 millions d'euros de chiffre d'affaires annuel récurrent et 40 collaborateurs, en tant que cofondateur en charge de l'opérationnel. Je sais ce que signifie passer d'une structure de quelques personnes à une organisation qui doit se doter de processus, d'outils et de gouvernance sans perdre sa vitesse d'exécution.

Ce que je couvre

Opérations et organisation : structuration des processus internes, mise en place d'outils de pilotage, automatisation des tâches répétitives.

Finance : construction de la comptabilité analytique, gestion de la trésorerie, mise en place et suivi des BSPCE, organisation de rachats d'actions.

Ressources humaines : recrutement, structuration des équipes, politique de rémunération, gestion des sorties.

Commercial : participation directe à la négociation et au closing des comptes stratégiques, structuration du cycle de vente.

Systèmes et outils : construction d'un CRM depuis zéro, choix et déploiement d'outils no code (Make, Zapier, Airtable, Webflow, WeWeb), mise en place de tableaux de bord Metabase.

Diagnostic et remise à plat de l'infrastructure opérationnelle d'une entreprise en croissance.

Recherche de product market fit pour une entreprise deeptech, à travers une démarche structurée d'entretiens et d'analyse.

Intervention COO ou Chief of Staff à temps partagé pour des dirigeants qui ont besoin d'un bras droit opérationnel sans recruter à temps plein.

Mise en place ou refonte d'un CRM et des processus commerciaux associés.
