Lead Developer Fullstack avec plus de 16 ans d'expérience, j'accompagne les entreprises dans la définition et la mise en œuvre de stratégies technologiques performantes. Mon objectif est d'aligner précisément les choix techniques avec les enjeux business, tout en garantissant qualité, scalabilité et maintenabilité des solutions.
Passionné par l'amélioration continue, je m'appuie sur les fondamentaux du Software Craftsmanship : SOLID, DDD, Clean Architecture et TDD. En veille technologique constante, j'explore activement les opportunités offertes par l'IA générative pour optimiser les processus, enrichir les produits et développer de nouvelles fonctionnalités.
À l'aise dans toutes tailles d'organisation, j'ai notamment construit et encadré l'équipe technique de Gojob (passant de 5 à 15 devs) en établissant des standards élevés de qualité. J'ai étendu cette expérience à grande échelle chez Jellyfish, en pilotant l'amélioration continue auprès d'une cinquantaine d'ingénieurs, en renforçant leurs compétences, standardisant les pratiques techniques et optimisant les processus de développement. J'ai enfin pu mettre à profit mes compétences techniques "core" à très grande échelle (internationale) pour Binance, plus grande bourse mondiale des cryptomonnaies.
