He is the founder of Omicron Artvertising, a PR and influencer marketing agency operating between
Europe and the United States. Through the agency, he supports startups, artists, fashion brands and tech
projects in building visibility, credibility, and long-term media positioning, while colaborating with
international teams and outlets.
Alongside his entrepreneurial work, Victor Tamer is a fiction writer specializing in urban fantasy and
supernatural narratives set in contemporary worlds. His writing aims to make reading feel modern,
accessible, and engaging, especialy for younger audiences, while exploring themes of identity, power, and
hidden realities. Victor explores songwriting with different stealth projects.
