My work focuses both on :
- building decision analytics solutions such as KPI frameworks, Dashboards, Forecasting Models and Economic Analysis to pilot performance ; and
- designing Strategic Plans such as maturity diagnostics, target architectures and roadmaps.
I built this multidisciplinary expertise at EY Paris by working on complex international projects at the intersection of Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Financial Modelling and Strategy for large organisations such as Nike, BMW, Pernod Ricard, Renault, Eurotunnel, European Commission and Tour Eiffel.
