• Structured standardized HR processes and best practices in the region: talent development (design of specific in-house module on personal development); performance management (more integrated process, smarter metrics); C&B (design of new bonus / incentives & commission schemes).

• Talent Acquisition: realized +60 recruitments (1/4 international) without using recruitment agency in Digital (IT, CRM, e-commerce, projects, webmaster), Strategy, HR, Marketing. Established exclusive partnerships with Sciences Po & IFM.
• Talent Development: meeting top management to identify talents within their scopes; crafting development and career paths for each categories of talents; selecting cutting-edge training providers.
• Employee Engagement: Conducted the results analysis of OHI (McKinsey) and Towers Watson Engagement Surveys of 25 Directions / countries and rolled out the action plans.
• Employer Value Proposition: Lead the home-made approach to define the Shiseido EMEA EVP: conducted internal workshops, drafted recommendations for the Executive Committee.
• New comers Onboarding: designed a 5-day onboarding program coordinating +50 employees for its roll-out, +300 participants for the first year of its launch, including from EMEA markets.
• Culture & internal communications: leading the “Working Principles” activation plan with Global HQ in Tokyo; co-organized the annual Townhall EMEA.
