La mission réalisée par Tom a répondu à toutes nos attentes. C’est un profil expérimenté avec un excellent relationnel ; ce qui lui permet de s’intégrer immédiatement dans une équipe de développeurs.
Le projet que nous lui avions confié permettait une grande autonomie dans les orientations techniques ; ce dont il s’est emparé pour explorer différentes solutions tout en maintenant une bonne synchro avec notre équipe, notre stack et notre architecture.
La solution a été livrée en temps et en heure, dans le respect du budget prévu initialement.
