-Grew the company from 35 people to 80+ over a 9 month timeframe, working in tandem with my first recruitment, a TAM Roles hired: Fullstack Devs, Customer Success Managers, Inbound Marketers, VP Procurement, VP Finance, Account Executives, etc

Recreated all hiring processes from mostly scratch (intake, scorecards, interview guides, technical cases, etc)

-Lowered cost per hire to 3.900€ on average, with main tools being LinkedIn Recruiter, Welcome Kit and Airtable Assisted our NoCode Engineer in the creation of a makeshift ATS on Airtable by giving functional needs and perspectives

-Took over HR responsibilities in tandem with our RAF

-Reviewed and updated internal salary bands and grids to create some coherence within salaries and adjust to market realities

-Established HR roadmap for year 2025 Handled internal HR complaints and investigations, writing up rapports and advising board of decisions In charge of letting people go, as well as all related negotiations

-Responsible for all raise conversations in partnership with managers and C-suite In charge of liaising with lawyers and reporting on litigations (prudhommes, etc)

-Business development in the German-speaking section of Switzerland Recruitment of Cybersecurity professionals, working on roles from analysts to CISO

-Signed a 30.000€ deal with a Swiss consultancy and established long-standing terms

-Sold a retainer on my 3rd month within the firm
