Led project technical activities for rural electrification in Southern region of Cameroon.

• • Managed rural communities for the compensation aspect and soft realization of the project; Led discussion with traditional and administrative authorities and then guaranteed all rural population duties.

Led preparatory works construction of the electrical equipments of the project.

• • Worked as team member in charge of follow up the electrical part of the construction of the Lom Pangar Hydroelectric Plan and it evacuation line according to the provided deadline; Conceived project performance monitoring template using Gant diagram and then improved results in term of deadline and costs.

• • Monitored and evaluated project technical activities, analyzed and appreciated technical offers from various equipment suppliers. Validated the best offer according to the quality and cost.

Realized electrical studies to improve energy efficiency and promoted clean energy for the customers.

• • Produced energy assessment of customers; Proposed solutions to reduce their energy consumption by more than 50% via solar Kits.
