Within LCL’s IT division (SNI), the WAW/SAS/SEC department (Security and Business Continuity) is responsible for implementing and maintaining IT security and resilience. The role involves close coordination with LCL’s CISO, Business Continuity Manager (RPCA), and CA-GIP, which oversees IT production.

Mission:

Develop and deploy logical resilience action plans for Core Banking Systems to mitigate risks of data loss, corruption, or encryption of critical assets.

Lead and coordinate cross-functional IT teams (SNI Tribes, CA-GIP, CAsa, security experts) and business stakeholders, ensuring all initiatives comply with regulatory requirements and align with evolving cyber threats.

Design and oversee cyber-resilience exercises (Blue Team / Red Team simulations) in controlled environments to test incident response effectiveness and assess system robustness against realistic cyberattacks.

Implement and validate business continuity frameworks (PCA) in collaboration with IT and business units, ensuring uninterrupted operation of critical banking processes.

Report progress and risks to executive steering committees, providing clear insights, structured decision support, and a strategic perspective on resilience challenges.

Manage project capacity and resources, including workload planning, staffing alignment, and tracking delivery capability (CAF) to ensure consistent project execution.

Develop and enrich reference documentation: methodologies, scenarios, project deliverables, and best-practice guides to strengthen and standardize resilience practices.

Support and guide contributing teams (Project Managers, Development, DBA, SOC, etc.), fostering alignment, capability building, and a strong culture of security and resilience across the organization.

Within the GTS (Global Technology Services) unit of the HCS (Housing & Connectivity Services) department, the IBFS CRM (Customer Relationship Management) unit is responsible for all partnership relationships and project portfolio management for all IBFS (International Banking Financial Services) subsidiaries. As part of the CRM unit, my main responsibilities are: Manage and control the business relationships with internal partners. Ensure the proper delivery of IT solutions (Build and Run) according to business needs and operate them with high quality of service. Promote and support key initiatives to transform the IT of the concerned subsidiaries in line with the Group's technology roadmap. Budget management, forecasting, staffing, reporting, etc. Vendor management: negotiations, follow up, etc. Reporting to HCS Board of Directors for all affected subsidiaries. Expertise(s) / Technology(s) : Cisco Switches & Routers (Catalyst, Nexus 7K, 9K, ASR ...) Space design and urbanization of data centers Measurement technology (SPAN, Netscout Probe, Gigamon Matrix Switch, Opnet, Corvil ) Office Suite (Exchange OnLine, OneDrive, O365...) Telecom vendors and related technologies (MPLS, SD-WAN, Ethernet Private Line, Internet VPN...).

Within CARDIF Head Office International Infra BU, I Led group projects across international subsidiaries, meeting their specific business needs and launching the necessary IT infrastructure evolutions as outlined in the Group technology roadmap. Additionally, I established with subsidiaries CIOs/CTOs a centralized gouvernance, managing projects timelines, quality and smooth execution. I also had the responsibility of managing Project portfolio, ensuring the organization maintained optimal cost efficiencies while meeting subsidiaries business needs. Closely monitored operations to identify areas for improvement and implemented strategic measures to optimize efficiency and performance. Represented the CARDIF IT Infra department and supported changes throughout CARDIF's international subsidiaries, providing guidance, mentorship, and strategic leadership to meet the organization's objectives.
