Paid and pro-bono consulting to a series of operators in the field of climate (start-ups, and, investment funds) and gender. Companies supported include: Airthium on climate deeptech, Gaiaglobe on B2B2C solutions to support regenerative value chains, NetZero an industrial biochar company, and, private equity funds. Discussions with Blue like an Orange. Broader engagement with players in the sustainability and finance field (IETA, VCMI, C2ES, trading operators, Ardian and Societe Générale, BPI on gender). Redaction of a series of 5 articles for the Harvard Business Review on carbon and nature finance covering the importance of NBS (to be published when relevant), as well as, a renewed approach to banking and accounting ratios to support the birth of the Nature sector. Contacted by Forbes "Leaders d'Opinion" to highlight the importance of Nature and Carbon finance in the current economy.

• • Non-profit coalition / NGO structuring jurisdictional (state-level) programs to reduce deforestation and support reforestation. Pledged conditional commitments of U$1.5bn supported by Corporates' Climate commitments.

• • Responsibilities included supporting the projects' legal and operational technical structuring in partnership with Latham & Watkins, transferring my expertise in carbon and nature (biodiversity) markets and project finance, and, supporting the commercial teams bringing onboard corporate clients (Bayer and Zara in particular).

• • Cooperation interrupted due to a misunderstanding on the actual role and organizational set-up (role more junior than initially promised, start-up functioning, inexperienced team etc), as well as diverging positions on implementation (notably management of third parties and implementors / governance), and, ethics.

• • Head of a seed and VC/start-up fund (100% financed by l'Oréal) focused on supporting early-stage innovative carbon and biodiversity focused investments in the space of Nature Based Solutions (reforestation, forest protection, carbon farming and soil carbon, biochar, ocean based solutions).

• • The Fund was the first NetZero targeted fund in France and the first to structure biodiversity credits (notably a coral credit with the Great Barrier Reef Foundation and the Government of Australia for CORSIA operators). Fund which later turned into the Mirova Climate Fund for Nature, supported by other corporate investors such as CapGemini, Unibail-Rodamco, Kering, L'Occitane.

• • Coordination of the fund's team (~10 people) to source, appraise, and then present the project opportunities to the l'Oréal Expert Committee and later on l'Oréal Comex. Bi-weekly meetings with the L'Oréal teams to onboard their various teams (finance, communication, public affairs, etc), and, communication agencies (PRs, etc). Redaction of the funds' document and design of operating tools.

• • Additional support as Technical Expert (in equity and debt for regenerative agribusiness & forestry investments) to Mirova Sustainable Land Fund (LDN).

• • Rapid promotion from Investment Manager at the LDN Fund focused on sustainable agriculture and forestry to Investment Director and Head of the LFNR
