I have experience in designing analytical pipelines and I have collaborated across multiple disciplines, most notably bacterial genomics analysis in stress and aging models, and next-gen sequencing data. I have designed gene and bacterial networks for specific conditions. In addition, I have worked on real-life data involving psychiatric disorder (bipolar disorder), designing the major conceptual pipeline diagnosing patients.
