Management of 3 feature teams to achieve a regulatory project, which consist of re-rewriting of the risk chain, in order to meet the new bank of Europe reporting format . I'm in charge of the definition of the roadmap and planning, animating weekly operational committees and monthly steering committees and preparing the PI planning assisting the PO for the business vision. I execute on-going monitoring and performance management to ensure project objectives are delivered on time and within budget. I manage IT risks, problems and escalations to the sponsors, including non-compliance and mitigation plans. I'm responsible for the consumption of the IT budget and any elaboration throughout the project. The Go Live was successfully done in 07/2025.
