• • Messaging & Positioning: Defined the ICP, value propositions, and product messaging for new and existing features across 6 verticals, translating technical capabilities into clear and compelling positioning for every stage of the funnel.

• • GTM & Launches: Designed a scalable launch framework from scratch, leading 3 major and 8 minor feature launches end-to-end, plus monthly release updates, generating €750K in new business revenue and €1.2M in upsells.

• • Sales Enablement & Competitive Intel: Built battle cards and objection handling playbooks for the sales team across EMEA, NA & APAC markets, and developed an AI agent tracking 5 direct and 8 indirect competitors to keep assets current in real time.

• • Win/Loss Analysis & Funnel Optimisation: Redesigned Salesforce win/loss tracking for richer data quality, surfaced product gaps to the product team, and partnered with Sales to shorten the sales cycle by an average of 10 days.

• • Adoption & Campaigns: Relaunched the Dealroom CPQ project, driving adoption from 8% to 75%, and defined audience segmentation and campaign strategies to maximise pipeline performance.

• • Led 1/5th of all SAP Business One installations for FY20–21, covering system setup on both Linux and Windows environments.

• • Created business blueprints for 9 client accounts, translating complex business scenarios into system configurations.

• • Delivered end-user training and UAT sessions, ensuring smooth adoption and go-live across client teams.

• • Developed custom queries, formatted searches, layouts, and Crystal Reports tailored to client-specific reporting needs.
