Responsibilities:

• Coaching-first management approach

• Interface between the product and the engineering team

• Lead cross-functional technical programs

• Automate SDLC with AI tools (on going)

• Support product scaling / Product delivery / Support the delivery of projects (including AI features)

• Hiring and team building

• Identify and mitigate risks and cross-team dependencies

Project description: The company Les furêts had a legacy Java monolith, the goal was to migrate to a modular architecture and setup the framework spring

Responsibilities: To manage cross teams project to migrate the legacy architecture to the targeted one:

• Lead cross-functional technical programs (Migration monolith to micro service (Java Spring on GCP))

• Improve team velocity

• Support the product delivery

• Setup product roadmap

• Technical bridge between France and UK Company

• Spread the POC culture

• Remote team creation (Morocco)

• User-facing product platforms

Project description: Big data project to ingest different sources of data (finance, marketing, supply chain, etc..) into GCP – big query. then use this data to identify key KPIS and to run predictive models by data scientist

Responsibilities: to manage 2 project managers at program level, squad management, architect governance management and communication with top management stakeholders on the customer side to ensure the harmonization of processes at program level:

• standardize engineering processes across all projects (pr, code style, communication channels)

• team management: 1 to 1, PDP, career plan, salary plan, team building

• team scale up: identify the need, interview, hiring, salary negotiation, onboarding

• ensure squads delivery excellence, agile/scrum delivery coordination

• coordinate replat forming architecture of the data warehouse
