Research Internship in Deep Reinforcement Learning.

Research internship in Chirag Patel's group at the Department of Biomedical Informatics, Harvard Medical School : https://www.chiragjpgroup.org/ I worked on the biological age of patients. This is a measure of how much damage and wear and tear the body has accumulated over time and the true underlying cause of age related diseases. I worked under Alan Le Goallec's supervision and focused more specifically on tabular data. I built machine learning models to predict the Biological Age of patients using various organ data. I also conducted an Epigenome Wide Association Study (EWAS) in order to measure the impact of environmental data on the rate of aging. Then, I built a website using Dash, AWS, and Google App Engine to present my results but also the results of other people working on the project.
