I thrive at the crossroads of disciplines, where my non‑linear career path becomes an advantage in tackling complex problems. I started out as an architect, moved into design and branding, then web projects and health apps, and later built and led IT teams in corporate environments. Each step added a new perspective, and today I use that mix to help organisations cut through complexity and deliver reliable solutions.

After a decade inside corporate IT, I know how operations really work – what matters day to day, and how to balance ambition with achievable goals. I’ve led international, mostly remote teams, built processes from scratch, and turned a small project group into a department, being responsible for the full lifecycle of dozens of applications.

Clients value that I combine leadership experience with hands‑on product ownership, and that I’ve worked across freelance, start‑ups, and corporate environments.

I’m quick to understand new domains, adapt with creativity, and find solutions others might miss. I’ve worked in health, auditing/finance, architecture/design, and the public sector, but I’m not tied to one field, technology or convention. What matters to me is creating tangible value for users and businesses.

I speak German and English fluently, with conversational French and Dutch, and I’m used to working across borders and cultures. Communication, trust, and adaptability are central to how I work. Whether the challenge is accessibility, process transformation, or guiding remote teams, I bring energy, clarity, and a focus on outcomes.

I’ll be available for freelance projects from March 2026 and look forward to new collaborations.
