Principal UX/UI Designer Shakewell agency, I was involved in various projects. American Scientific organization : Design a scientific article submitter MVP platform to improve user experience and increase user engagement. Create MVP usability tests. Work on user research interviews to highlight business opportunities, user needs and market weakness to design a product UX roadmap.Sydney University : Rethink the onboarding platform and clarify an holistic view of the users habits, waits and needs. Improve current University platform’s main features for student. Design an Alumni platform based on University research.

Internal Design : Build a re-usable and multi purposes design system with developer team based on MUI to match future client’s design projects.

French National TV : Creation of a new intern and technical tool to optimize technician schedule manager workflow during scheduling creation. Ideation workshop with the project manager and the developer client’s team to create the first wire frame.Multiple iterations until final prototype to test with final users.

Logistic Company : Increase client’s tool performance in using users feedback and UXaudit. Localize and optimize users pain-points with a new version designed byideation and prioritization workshop with the clients’ project team.

Agency Website : Renew agency website to transform and increase brand identity through clients and stakeholders. Highlighting content performance to build editorial strategy, follow user experience and find users goals to define personae and design new website structure, replace offers and CRO on new form and inbound tool.
