Si jamais je ne suis pas au coworking, vous aurez tout autant de chance de me trouver sur un terrain des raquettes à la main, sur une piste de skis, avec des baskets aux pieds, la tête dans l’eau ou les fesses sur un vélo, tant que c’est en extérieur !

As a full time product designer, I work in team with a Product Manager to tackle one part of the product scope.

Our scope was to explore the process of Medical Laboratories during a clinical trial in order to understand how to work with them earlier than now

Epic 1 : How to provide a tool to let the user understand the width of the supply, the depth of the supply and the robustness of the tool during sales meeting

Product Research : Which strong value we can provide to the Medical Laboratories to be included earlier in the collaboration.

Physical product but not a team that much different, a product owner more from the technical side, a Lead Designer, a UI Designer, me as a UX Designer.
Because it’s a big group, we had collaborations with multiples unit, industrial product designers, marketing, different countries, different brands of the group …

The first difficulty was to understand the historic around the product and the existing user experience, which was called “the recovery”

Passing this stage, my role was to redefine user experience according to each functionalities already on the pipe and to build with the team our final delivery used by many units on the group.

Fully integrated on a Product team with a Creative director (Co-founder), Chief technical officer, developers, product owner (Co-founder) and me as Lead Designer.
And finally we framed and designed the game for which I pushed a collaboration with a game designer to be sure that the game is fair and playable.

We first worked on how to tease the idea online, where I pushed a collaboration with a brand designer to find the right brand direction to start

We then worked on how to sell cards online through the blockchain, managing all the constraints of this technology
