Bonjour,

j’accompagne mes clients de l’émergence du besoin jusqu’à sa concrétisation, en tant que Manager du Changement, Chef de Projet ou Coordinateur Opérationnel, que ce soit pour des grands groupes très structurés avec de multiples strates organisationnelles que des PME directement auprès des directions.

Mon parcours m’a permis de développer une double compétence: une expertise technique en gestion de projet appliquée à des secteurs variés et en pleine transformation, tout en alliant une vision business, orientation client et avec une rigueur opérationnelle.
