Its SaaS solution easily integrates to live chat tools (Zendesk, Front, Intercom, Freshdesk) to automatically respond to frequent requests. Bring together human agents and Artificial Intelligence on the same channel to respond faster and increase customer satisfaction.

- Comanaging and executing all the marketing and growth operations (Inbound, SEO, events, webinars, social media)

- Managing and developing co-marketing campaigns with Botmind's partners (Zendesk, Shopify, Payplug, Bigblue, Nosto)

- Managing the content stategy and producing different types of content (blog articles, success stories, study cases, infographics, presentations…)

- Collaborating with clients on the whole process for success stories : interview, case study, content creation (Dify, M Moustache, Le Slip Français, Le Bar à Boucle, Esprit Barbecue, Flanneurz, Webedia)

- Participating in the website's redesign and optimizing SEO.

- Creation of different growth processes and workflows

- 2 digits growth in inbound lead generation as well as SEO related KPIs.

Livingcolor is development studio that works with digital agencies and customers. We help them during their digital transformation.

- Creating organizational processes to support the company's rapid growth.

- Testing and optimizing different acquisition strategies and channels (linkedin, email, call for tenders)

- Setting up the company's CRM and managing its database.

- Running different benchmarks for Livingcolor and its clients (technologies, processes, best practices, etc...)

- Consulting and advising the company's clients.

- Creating content: blog articles, white papers, website copywriting. (22 articles, 6 user cases)
