Reza Aghlmand

Currently, I am conducting my PhD research on predicting water diffusion in porous clay media with the aim of successful upscaling, under the supervision of Dr. Eric Ferrage, in the HydrASA team at the Institut de Chimie des Milieux et Matériaux de Poitiers (IC2MP).

a) Assisting as a civil engineer in project management by inspecting the petrochemical plant construction site, monitoring the progress of the work, collecting and updating project data, and providing regular reports to the CEO; b) Carrying out administrative tasks related to the construction of the petrochemical plant and obtaining the necessary permits from relevant organizations; c) Planning and attending meetings and discussions with managers and officials of various organizations at different levels to facilitate and accelerate the start of the operation phase of the project.

Co-supervising several master's students in doing their thesis related to hydrology and water resources management at the Department of Civil Engineering, University of Mohaghegh Ardabili, Iran.

Some important tasks: a) Explaining each section of thesis and clarifying the research path; b) Monitoring progress and motivating them; c) Periodically reviewing thesis, providing effective feedback by stating the strengths and weaknesses of work.
