Je suis ingénieur avec 20 ans d'expérience dans l'infrastructure web, notamment chez Facebook (j'étais un de leurs premiers SRE en Europe), Orange (3 ans ingénieur systèmes sur la plate-forme Wanadoo / Orange.fr), ou encore Free (ingénieur sur la Freebox v1) et de nombreuses startups.

Le coeur de mon expertise est dans le DevOps / SRE, Linux, AWS, Google Cloud et Kubernetes, mais j'ai été exposé à la plupart des problématiques d'un service en ligne : architecture, développement, exploitation, performance / scaling... Je suis également très sensible aux aspects business / produit.

Ce que je peux faire pour vous, entre autres :

- Intervenir en urgence sur des problématiques de performance, de fiabilité, de coût, de scaling web pour restaurer le service.

- Construire à plus long terme une plateforme fiable, performante et adaptable à moindre coût.

- Conseiller sur toutes les problématiques cloud / DevOps / hébergement, Docker / Kubernetes, bonnes pratiques en performances, dette technique, monitoring et architecture logicielle.

- Audit d’infrastructure, due diligence.

- Etre CTO à la demande, aider au choix de technologies, piloter des équipes techniques, valider des candidats.

Je suis basé à Londres et donc disponible principalement en télétravail. J’ai l’habitude de travailler avec des clients en France, en particulier des startups.

Disponible pour des missions courtes, du récurrent à temps partiel (jusqu’à 4j / semaine), voire des projets à plus long terme. Le TJM indiqué est à titre indicatif, il sera adapté au projet.
