Worked on the migration of CEGID Y2 from version 18 to 21 in a multi-region context (AMER, EMEA, APAC), implementing a secure architecture, identity federation, and omnichannel components (loyalty, unified customer database). Acted as the primary interface between infrastructure, retail, and development teams.

Main tasks:

• Migration from CEGID Y2 version 18 to 21 with secure architecture setup

• Deployment of identity federation across AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions

• Architecture harmonization and capacity adjustments

• Implementation of omnichannel loyalty via CEGID webservices

• Webservice orchestration, development definition, and performance testing

• Creation of a unified (omnichannel) customer database

• Integration of the Clientelling application (testing, secure exchange, performance optimization)

• Deployment of the MPOS mobile solution with Clientelling interface

• Conducted migration feasibility study for CEGID SaaS solutions

• Coordination with infrastructure and retail teams (project prep, port opening, documentation)

• Cross-functional collaboration with AMER, APAC, and EMEA teams

• Data analysis and response to business needs

• Setup of mutualized interface plan between SAP and CRM

• Coordination across functional, SAP, and CRM teams

• Support in mobile application deployment

• Integration testing and documentation of application rules

• Complete installation of CBR environments (SQL server, web server, jobs)
