Conducting an accurate technical diagnosis, and providing the appropriate solutions within the IT department.

- Assisting in developing the technical knowledge of the team, coaching on new products or providing additional training on points already known.

- Providing technical assistance for French , Spanish and English helpdesk.

-Introducing weekly technical trainings for the team/ onboarding new hires

Apporter une aide fonctionnelle sur les applications bureautiques (Pack Office 2010 et 2013) aussi sur les outils collaboratif (Sharepoint 2010/2013) pour les employés Renault. Création d'une base de connaissance Office et Sharepoint. Préparation de support de formation.
