For over 20 years in tech of which 8 years in leadership, I have taken full responsibility for building the right organisation as well as assuming technical leadership in order to deliver on business objectives.

A citizen of the world, I have worked in several countries and interacted with many different cultures. I learned to appreciate differences and see the power of building diverse teams and organisations.

I am a servant leader. I coach and empower my teams to go further. I believe that in order to deliver value, tech needs to be part of the business, thus I would cross organizational borders to drive change and deliver concrete results.

Create, anchor, and execute a local market-specific tech strategy aligned with company global objectives.
Be an active partner and influencer with key organizational stakeholders within RnD and the country's business organization.
