Senior Developer responsible for designing, developing, and delivering a Microsoft Power Platform solution consisting of multiple Canvas Apps and a Model-Driven App. Led the implementation of a request management platform for Claude Code, Claude Co-Work, and ChatGPT Codex license provisioning, as well as a separate request workflow for Claude consumption limit upgrades.

Designed and developed user-friendly Canvas Apps to streamline request submission, approval workflows, status tracking, and automated notifications. Built a centralized Model-Driven App for administrators to manage requests, approvals, user entitlements, audit history, reporting, and operational oversight.

Architected a dynamic configuration framework that enables business administrators to manage application content, labels, email templates, approval messages, and other configurable settings without requiring application redeployment. Implemented Dataverse-driven configuration tables and reusable components to support maintainability, scalability, and simplified operational management.

Collaborated with stakeholders to gather requirements, define business processes, design data models, and ensure alignment with governance and security standards. Provided technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, including solution architecture, development standards, deployment strategy, testing, and production support.

- Contributed to the development of a Canvas App that provides users with a dynamic view of available AI Agents and Use Cases, helping stakeholders explore, select, and apply AI solutions within their workflows.

- Supported and enhanced a Model-Driven App, applying updates, fixes, and improvements to strengthen stability and deliver new business functionality.

- Designed automation workflows using Power Automate, streamlining data integration between systems and reducing manual effort.

- Built Proof of Concepts (POCs) with AI Builder to automate data processing tasks and generate summarized insights, demonstrating the potential of AI-driven automation for business decision-making.

- Worked collaboratively with the team to align app development with client requirements, while applying best practices in the Power Platform ecosystem to ensure scalability and maintainability.

BIR2316

- Enhanced the BIR2316 application by integrating AI-powered Optical Character Recognition (OCR), enabling the system to automatically scan PDFs and image files, extract relevant data, and pass it seamlessly into digital forms. This significantly reduced manual encoding and improved accuracy of employee tax submissions.

- Improved the admin interface, making it easier for administrators to manage, review, and accept employee-submitted BIR2316 forms, streamlining the approval workflow.

- Optimized the application’s performance, resulting in a faster, more responsive, and efficient system, improving both employee and admin user experience.

- Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment, testing, and continuous improvement of the application.
