I am a dedicated social and UX researcher with over 15 years’ experience across academia, media, the third sector, and the UK civil service.

I specialise in qualitative methods and translate complex issues into accessible, strategic insights that lead to actionable recommendations and effective decision‑making.

Some of the companies I worked for : Toulouse University, SNCF, Clint (France), BBC, British Red Cross, the Independent Review of Children's Social Care, the Home Office, the Department of Educations, the Department for Culture, Media and Sport (UK) Casa de Velazquez (Spain).

As an experienced project manager, I design and lead multi‑stakeholder projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure research outputs meet client needs.

I hold a PhD in Sociology and qualifications in journalism and documentary filmmaking, built through an international career in France, Spain, and the UK, which gives me strong cultural sensitivity and adaptability in diverse contexts.
