I worked as a senior consultant on a various missions. My main activities were :

- audit the plateforme

- run workshop with customers

- implement solutions

- design and implement Service portal

During my mission at Norvatis, I worked as a Solution Architect within the Service Solution Team. I worked on following projects:

- Code Review:

The main goal of this application is to track and improve code quality based on coding standards specific to the company. As a solution architect, I designed this application from scratch including business flows, scripts, rules, etc. The main complexity of this project was to design an algorithm to verify the quality of a script based on predefined rules.

- Project Tracker:

This application is used to track requests for new application and on-going projects. It also helps managers to track resources including allocation to projects. As a solution architect, I designed business flows, implemented database structure including all scripts (server and client), and designed the service portal pages based on angular framework. The main complexity was to design the dashboard in order to have all relevant information in one page including demands, projects and resources allocation.

- Service Delivery Management:

This project is about consolidating all processes within ServiceNow in order to have a single place to track all demands, and track delivery of services. My role was to consolidate all processes and have generic and flexible flows to fulfil all business requirements. The most complex part was to design a solution flexible enough to match different business processes. Moreover the solution was designed to be maintained by the customer.

- Others:

As part of other projects, I implemented the E-signature plugin and participated in writing documentation about good practices, coding standards and security.
