• Delivery of hands-on People Operations support across France, Belgium, Spain, and Germany, including HR administration, onboarding/offboarding, and cross-border stakeholder management in both complex, matrixed organizations and start-ups/scale-ups

• Coordination with payroll, benefits, mobility, and HR operations teams, ensuring compliance with French labor law and awareness of Belgian/Spanish/Romanian regulations

• Partnering with Works Councils and support of social dialogue in France, including BDES management, gender equality initiatives, training plans, and employer compliance obligations

• Design and implementation of engagement and culture programs, contributing to inclusive workplaces and improved employee experience across regions

• Guidance on employee relations and risk management, advising on grievances, performance improvement, and terminations in alignment with legal/compliance teams.

• Support of compensation and promotion cycles and HR data analytics to enable business leaders’ decision-making

• Building strong cross-cultural collaboration between international teams, navigating cultural/workstyle differences effectively

• Delivery of results in fast-paced, requiring high autonomy, adaptability, and ability to operate with limited documentation or handover

• Leverage of HRIS and digital HR tools to optimize processes and provide insights to leadership
