SAP S4HANA Implementation Project

• • At Farouk system legacy system ECC was not using SAP TM module therefore requirement was to implement SAP TM integrated with EWM as a part of SAP S4HANA embedded system roll out.

• • Conducted workshops for requirement gathering & preapered functional requirement document and blue print document & got it approved.

• • Designed process for TM & EWM integrated process.

• • Worked on WRICEF and prepared the FSD and worked closely with ABAP development team to get all WRICEF closed for UT, UAT etc.

• • Configured system for 3rd party software integration and worked closely with tech team to get development done and tested for end to end flow.

• • Configured system for transportation process and conducted UT, user training and UAT and got the sign off on deliverables.

• • Conducted cutover, successful golive, hypercare & supporting post go live. Manufacturing

Worked as a SAP TM EWM SME for roll out project. Implemented SAP TM and EWM shipper and LSP scenario in integration with stocking and transit warehouse.

• • Design process for Steelcase subsidiary an entity for LSP business. For combined shipper & LSP shipment in one FO. Shipment to be multi model & go via transit warehouse with VAS at transit warehouse.

• • Designed process for shipment execution & tracking for TM, EWM, EM & GTS for complete life cycle of FO execution. Performed & helped team members for the configuration for creating transportation requirement document (FU), TU. Set up transportation network (Zones, Lane, Default Route & Schedules etc.), Setup conditions & incompatibilities to model business requirements. Create/replicate locations, maintain carrier BP etc. and carrier selection & tendering process.

• • Configuration for transportation planning such as relevant transportation activities & their scheduling logic, Transportation cockpit profiles, Interactive planning setup to create freight orders, Bookings, setup for generating transportation proposal, logic of VSR optimization & Execute the VSR optimizer for automatic planning.

• • Performed TM & EWM TU based integration via SOAP, TM integration with EM, GTS and other third-party software such as PRISMA.

• • Worked extensively on output management (PPF). Got developed various forms like BOL/MBOL/Picking list/Shipping Instructions, Carrier Picking Notification, Checklist form for pickup from supplier location, Circle sheet, Customer Shipment Notification etc.

• • Performed POC for exception processes, discrepancy handling in an integrated hybrid TM-EWM environment.

SAP S4HANA Greenfield Implementation

◦ • Kellog's & Tolaram Group is largest producer & distributer of noodles product in Nigeria. It also work as a transportation service provider. SAP S4HANA was implemented replacing legacy system Orion.

◦ • Implemented SAP TM for shipper scenario for manufacturing & distribution unit and LSP scenario for subsidiary BHN.
