Designing and developing a scalable Process Management System using Next.js for the frontend and Spring Boot for the backend, powered by PostgreSQL and Redis, and fully containerized with Docker.

The platform includes a comprehensive manager dashboard to monitor and analyze commercial team performance through defined KPIs and real-time data tracking. It ensures high availability, performance optimization, and horizontal scalability.

Additionally, the system integrates AI-powered features, including an intelligent chatbot to assist users, automate responses, and provide actionable insights based on business data.

Designed and developed a pallet unloading and sorting management system, allowing operators to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency. Led the full project lifecycle: requirements analysis, planning, architecture design, development, testing, and deployment. Coordinated with multiple stakeholders and ensured high-quality delivery aligned with client objectives. Managed client relationships, contracts, and partner satisfaction.

Developed and maintained GMAO-SIG, a cross-platform mobile app using React Native, improving asset management and maintenance operations. Optimized application performance and implemented new features ensuring scalability and reliability. Currently leading the Geometeo app project for the Tanger Med Port Authority, integrating real-time meteorological data visualization (wind direction, wave height, etc.). Collaborated closely with the backend and design teams to deliver a seamless, data-driven user experience.
